Apple TV+ has announced a new “darkly comic” anthology series based on Cecelia Ahern’s book “Roar,” and starring Nicole Kidman, Alison Brie, and Cynthia Erivo.
Apple TV+Novelist Cecelia Ahern’s “Roar” collection of short stories is to become what Apple TV+ describes as an “anthology series of darkly comic feminist fables.” It’s the first production to come from Apple’s overall production deal with Liz Flahive and Carly Mensch, co-creators of “Glow.”
