This IT pilot fish runs a local managed-services provider, and he’s out to lunch — literally, with a client — when he gets a call from his wife.

“She said, ‘I need a new phone,'” says fish. “‘How can I take my niblings Pokemon-hunting when my GPS doesn’t work?’

“Is your GPS turned on? I asked.

“‘You can turn the GPS on and off?’

“Yes dear, you can, I said.

“I got a text about 10 minutes later. She’d found how to turn her GPS back on and was happily hunting.

“She’s also currently going to school to get her CIS degree so she can work with me…”
