We’ve known for a few weeks that both devices would launch in the U.S. sometime in October, though we weren’t aware of the exact launch dates. Amazon is telling us that the standard Moto Z will be released on Sunday, October 2, while the Moto Z Play will be released on Thursday, October 20. As for pricing, the Moto Z in Lunar Grey is going for a hefty $699.99 on both Amazon and Best Buy, while the Moto Z Play in Lunar Grey can be yours for a much more reasonable $449.99
In addition, the Moto Insta-Share Projector is available for pre-order from Amazon for the low price of $299.99, and will ship in 3-4 weeks. The nifty Hasselblad True Zoom Camera Moto Mod is also available for pre-order and will be available on October 2.
