If you’ve been shopping around for a nice deal on a new smartphone contract or are simply on the lookout for nice freebies whenever you can get them, AT&T has a couple of nice offers going on right now, both for general consumers and business customers. In both cases AT&T will give you something for free: either a phone or tablet.
Regular folk that sign up for a new Galaxy phone on AT&T Next can pick up a free Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 (LTE). You’ll have to sign up for two-year contract, but considering that’s pretty standard fare, it’s not a bad enticement to sign on. The mysterious free Gear S2 option seems to have vanished from AT&T’s freebie offerings.

If you’re a business customer the deal gets even sweeter: you can buy two devices for the price of one. Just buy a Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6 or Galaxy S6 Active on the AT&T Next installment plan and you will only have to pay the cost of tax on the second device. The rest ($650 worth) will be credited to your bill over the next 30 months. Of course, you’ll still have to pay tax on the first device upfront.
Both offers are good for new and existing customers. For the business customer deal, the first phone can be an upgrade or new line, but the second phone must be a new AT&T connection. Both offers are limited time only deals, so act fast if you’re interested.
