It looks like owners of older smartphones with Windows Phone 8 or 8.1 will have to wait a bit longer to get their promised over-the-air update to Windows 10 Mobile. Microsoft has now officially confirmed that those updates won’t begin until sometime in early 2016, rather than December as the company previously announced.
