Apple iPhone rumors took a weird turn this week. KGI’s Ming-Chi Kuo says the next big design change for the pomaceous smartphone won’t come until 2017, dashing the hopes of people waiting for a big ‘iPhone 7’ splash.
On the agenda: curved glass, OLED, wireless charging, and biometric authentication. But that means we shouldn’t expect big changes this year. Perhaps Tim will be announcing the iPhone 6SS in September? I guess it’s not just Intel that can deprecate a “tick-tock” strategy.
